Never understood why people actually want the AA team to include wingmen. Wingmen are usually wingmen because they're not good enough to be proper midfielders.

Reminds me of the days when the SA selectors would pick up to 6 of the best centremen in the comp, one would play in the centre, 2 would be wingmen, 2 would be on the half forward flanks, and the 6th bloke would be the 19th man.
