My god, you're tedious bedford...

There's no doubt Jetta is improving and, as mentioned, he did kick those 2 goals which was a solid contribution for a HFF.

As for his handpass, it was shocking and made at a crucial time, but there were a lot of other moments that cost us in the last, including soem terrible shots at goal.
 
As much as I don't like to suggest this, but if you are going to pinpoint ONE incident that cost us the game, you'd be stupid to nominate Jetta's handball over Goodes' miss after the siren. Hypothetically, if Jetta's handball hits the target, there is still plenty of opportunity for the Bombers to claw back the lead. If Goodes kicks a foot straighter, there is no possible way for Sydney to lose.

All this proves is that its a ridiculous argument. Jetta didn't lose us the game, but it was definitely a costly mistake. I'm not a huge fan of him to be honest, but he is still contributing and I think he should stay in the side.
 
The one who is getting off lightly is Shaw. I had a good view of his kickouts, the first one he was over the line and not pinged and then he went further over the line which caused the ball up in the square and then we know what Goodes did.
If anyone blames Goodes for our loss , well there's not too many footy smarts there. Caroline Wilson also put the boots into Goodes, but that just shows her lack of footy knowledge..

Bedford, the players that you should have a go at are Grundy and Shaw. Both players disposal efficiency was awful. I normally defend Grundy, but I can't after Saturday night, it was bad particularly in the first quarter.

Jetta had a go, you cannot question his effort on Saturday night, if he had kicked 5 straight goals, we wouldn't be having this conversation.

And having a go at TDL who was a late inclusion is just pathetic in my opinion. Both players will be guns for us.

As for Adam Goodes, no Swans supporter I have seen is blaming him and everybody knows that Caroline Wilson is a lame old stupid bitch, who should just give up.
 
I think that kennelly has been slipping under the radar from recieving any criticism. His second half has probably been the worst of any of our senior players. How he still manages to keep he spot in the team astonishes me, he is a bad one on one defender (but made up for that in the past with his attacking game) and now his kicking lacks any precision and penetration and he doesn't run and carry or break lines anymore, i cant remember the last time he went for a 30 metre dash out of the backline where he took a couple of bounces and delibered it to a forward player.

The less i talk about his kick in's the better, at his peak he was talking all our lick in's but now due to his ineptitude we are forced to use the like of Shaw and Grundy to take one of the most important kicks in the game

He has become a liability to our team and with him being 30 there is no reason for the team to carry him. Hw has been a fantastic player for the swans, but his time is up

Don't be hating on Jetta, just because your whipping boy didn't play.

Yeah, just blame Jetta for the loss and be an idiot! That would be so much easier.

Let's not blame the team for kicking 2.9 in the last quarter or our disposal efficiency into the forward 50, which was shocking all night or Rhyce Shaw's goalkicking. That would be too hard.

It's just too simple to put the blame onto one player and be just armchair critics, right bedford?

I feel tedious, Jetta was not good. He is averaging 10 disposals a game, 2 marks a game and 9 goals 11 for the season and ranks 18th on our stats list. That is not good enough.
As i stated before why was Mal the sub and not him, infact Mal was left off too long and the poor bugger had to run 8 laps after the game in front of drunken Essendon scum.

So he has the 18th best stats at the club? Funny that, 18 is less than 22 so he makes the cut.

I was even quicker than this bloke before he got drafted. All he has is some acceleration which others eventually catch up to him with their sprint speed. Yeah there is a different between the two.

Trade him and get something for him while you can but not to WCE.
 
Apart from that dodgy hand ball Jetta should harldy be carrying the ball on his own on this one. Were critising his error's in the last term when for all his critisms he at least attacked the game.

A much more senior player in Shaw went completely missing in that last term. Bird was quiet You can bag out the selection of sub as Malceski all you like but he had no impact in the last term despite being fresh. Parker bobbed up for a poor miss inside 40 and McGlynn did the same. There are reasons to drop Jetta. But none of them stem from Saturday nights game.

Now im not using these players as reasons we lost either... well perhaps Shaw :p.

With Rohan out and Meredith out of form Jetta is a must play to create space at the MCG.
