Finished! Finally.. This is the second half of six portals - 3,500 pieces for a total of 7,000 for the puzzle. The pic doesnt really do it justice, it's quite striking IRL. I think I posted a pic of the other half earlier, and I have yet to join the two halves together, which will have to be done on the floor .



It really is a wonderful puzzle - no "boring bits" and a lot going on. Definitely recommended, I have yet to see it here anywhere but amazon, but your local might have it. Unfortunately the price seems to have soared - I paid around $135 in a black friday sale and its now listed at $200 (but with local stock).

At 7,000 pieces it's not for the faint hearted, but it is packaged in two halves, so it can be done as two 3,500 piece puzzles. I'm not a diehard who will mix bags together when they're presented in this way, but you of course could for extra challenge . For that reason, and because it is in six distinct panels, it's not as difficult as it might seem, and each half will fit on a dining table.

If you enjoy puzzling and think that you'd like to dip your toe into something bigger, I think this is a great first choice. We're going to try and get this mounted and hung.

The 7,000 piece count is intriguing. As far as I know Ravensburger (or any other manufacturer for that matter) hasn't used this format before. I wonder if that means there'll be others, now they have a grid.

I finished this a couple nights ago. It’s my last puzzle in this group of puzzles I did. Haven’t bought anymore and don’t wish to for a while. Taking a break and when I’m ready start buying and then continue on. This one looks so cool irl. I don’t know if the photo does it justice as Capital Power just said about their puzzle above.

Sometimes I’ll post on my puzzle page and get heaps of likes or only a few this one seemed to only get 10 likes but it deserves more like over likes. If ppl could only imagine what it looks like irl and give it a like. Ppl are hard to please on social media. Sometimes I also see someone post just about two pieces that look the same or something to just do with the puzzle in general and get over 200 or 300 reactions and think wtf lol
Anyway that’s just some thoughts of mine I wanted to share!
