Labors Cost Of Living Crises still going on and this economic mental midget still escapes the blame.
Typical left hypocracy, they were squealling like pigs during the good old days under Sco Mo but silence now.

Exactly how much of the current cost of living crisis is attributable to the government of the day? Wages are increasing as fast as they have in a decade, and underlying inflation is predominantly being driven by external factors.

We can have a crack about the government trying to p*** down our back and tell us its raining (Chalmers talking up how much "better off" Aussies are under their leadership). But pinning global macroeconomic factors on Chalmers and Albo is a stretch, at absolute best.

Seein lots of people saying the voice is a distraction
Where were they when religious discrimination was the only thing scomo bothered with on the days they hadn’t cancelled parliament sitting.

This was for at least 6 months and the current economics was slowly unfolding

A stitch in time is a good proverb for economic management

Australia the only place in the world with interest rate rises increasing is it? Can you let me know which countries the interest rates have stayed low or haven't moved?

Can you explain to me why the shadow treasurer barely asks a question of Chalmers in question time. Taylor is seen as such a laughing stock as shadow treasurer that Spud and Sussssannnn won't let him speak.

Remember those energy price hikes that "Good Job" Angus got delayed until after the election.

Corrupt Labor helping out incompetent Labor?
Everybody knows Chalmers lied before the election about his $275 bill reduction Labor fantasy so Dumbo Dan splashes out with my money to cover Labors Cost Of Living Disaster.
Let the grand kids worry about the record debt, the new Labor slogan.

You know what they should have done.....given more handouts to Harvey Norman and Qantas when they didn't need them just like Frydenberg did. Don't worry chaps you don't need to pay it back.

Let the grand kids worry about it.

Let's not conflate a handout/rebate with a promise that power prices would be lower (by $275 PER YEAR) under the ALP. That's not what the then opposition was promising.

It was a dumb thing for Albanese to hang his hat on at the time, and he'll pay for it right up to the next election.
Are there enough dumb dumbs to elect Duttons mob at the next election!!!
I think that the next election will be an even bigger jolt to both major parties with the Teals and Independants winning more seat.
But gladly, the Labor party will hold more seats than the Lieberals and Notionals.

Whatever, you ignorant pissant.

I can't believe people are still trying to equate a $300 handout with what the ALP were promising in the lead up to the election. Delusion of the highest order.
Two party politics is a cesspool.

There is nowhere in the world where it has succeeded and the only way anyone can defend it is by comparing it to one party states.

Thankfully times are changing in our little country. Two party primaries are plummeting. Labor is falling year on year and Dutton is one brainfart from emulating the WA Liberals federally.

Who knows what our minority government future looks like but it has to be better than the media and think tanks running the show.

I can’t believe you think it’s 2025 already.
Be patient, the spot price of energy is dropping thanks to renewables.

Not per year… $275 lower than before the election, by 2025.

So still on target.

Mr Albanese said increasing renewable energy was "the best way to cut power bills for families and businesses — saving families $275 a year".

So households are on target to have saved $275 per year on their power bills? From influences other than a government handout?

The promised saving was from changes in government policies, not opening their wallet to the power companies.

It baffles me that people are still trying to suggest that they have met this commitment.

Those investing in their own renewable source will be saving a lot more.

The trend is down with renewables
