It's much better to work out who the SK is rather than just rely on the deadline vote change though. Hence why any insight you have would be good.

Whether we lynch one, two, three or four it doesn't matter. A multi-lynch in this scenario is no worse than a single lynch. You just have to make sure the SK is one of the multi-lynch people. Two is often a good number if they are voting for each other as they can't vote switch at deadline though.
