Joel Selwood for the Brownlow?

Funny that nobody's talking him up, he's averaging 31 possessions a week the past 5 weeks in a winning side, would have to be polling in all of those games. Maybe it's because he's a young one, nobody's taking him too seriously. Thoughts?

Seriously He should give it a crack, he would be great odds at top 5 or 10. Bartel and Ablett taking off votes as well as Corey and Enright. Will be hard for him.

(But we all know hodgepodge Ellis or Hodge will probably win it, oh hang on hodge doesnt poll well forgot)

Love Selwood, great player. He and Gibbs will lead the comp in 5 years imo.

I think a problem for Joel is that nearly all of his really good games have also been really good games for Ablett or Bartel.

His best period (last month and a half or so) has coincided with Bartel's best period. If either one of them can get a run with the votes over that period they are going to have a truckload of votes to work with.
