Probably, but as I said, he looked promising in the NAB Cup.
And in saying that, there was a reason Richmond delisted David Rodan etc etc.
I wouldn't be against taking him on as a rookie option. A long-term ruck prospect is worth it, and the brother-of-Kurt aspect of things is a big upside.
Word is that he will be re-rookied to Brisbane if he survives the draft.
If you want him, you'd probably have to take him in the national draft.
Why don't you guys just elevate him? I mean he has been on your list for 2 years now, i'm sure if the potential was there and you wanted to further develop him you would just elevate him. Why take the risk of hoping he will be there as a rookie list player again?
Seems a really bizarre way of thinking to be honest.
I'd almost give him a two year contract to keep Kurt around!
Just a question for BrownDog, how good is Joel anyway? He seems to be pretty athletic like Kurt, but how good is he as a ruckman? Like his tap work and just general work around the ground? Cheers.
Better athlete that Kurt
Proof?

Theres probably a reason Brisbane cut him...
Huh? What if I asked you to prove that he isn't?

Of course there is, but that's an awfully cynical way of looking at things.
