Obviously not, considering it clearly says he could match up on either Aaron Naughton or Josh Schache.

He very much is. A friend of mine who is a dogs supporter said the very thing. He is a great guy who everyone loved. Just one of those blokes you can't help but like because of their personality.Did people notice at the end of the game last night, nearly every dogs player hugged Roughy and most were smiling with him after a tough loss for them?
I know players do this regularly with past teammates, but it looked like he is generally very well liked.
Can only help to have another well liked player on our list.

But great game by Roughy last night. And some people didn't think he should play.
Post game interview:
LOLHe looks like a fish out of water. Straight swap for Reid for mine.
Every defender would be exposed if the mids didn't play their defensive role. He has been wonderful. What issue do you have with him?I still think our midfield/backline is carrying him slightly and believe he would get exposed at a weaker club.
However his height, marking, ability to effectively be apart of a chain and efforts to kill a contest have helped us alot, he is much more ideal than Frost or that skinny bloke from the gold coast.
His exclusion would have made us very unbalanced in the air with Naughton and Schache to cover. The same when we played Richmond with Lynch and Reiwoldt or West Coast with Kennedy, Darling and Oscar Allen. Would you prefer to see Langdon trying to wrestle these gorillas?Really solid game, but I still think his inclusion makes us unbalanced and vulnerable at ground level.
In forward 50 I agree, but I must say I'm surprised by that comment considering your opinion towards KPFs and height. They are just as important as contested marks.

With our injury history, we can't be too safe and putting in game time in Roughead can't be a bad thing either.Against Dogs, I'd be happy with Howe on Schache and Moore on Naughton. Richmond - Moore on Lynch, Howe on Riewoldt. WCE - Like the club went with Moore on Kennedy, Howe on Darling, Langdon on Oscar Allen. It may cost us a occasionally in contested marking, but save us more regularly in terms of ground ball. Roughy, Moore, and Howe are all playing well, so I'm unlikely to get my wish anytime soon. I just think we're going unnecessarily safe in the air and it's costing us at ground level and in terms of transition.
