Very interesting to see if Judd faces the same as Jeff for what was a deliberate eye gouge,i doubt it very much.Maybe the panel will call it accidental,??

He's gone. He simply must be. You just cannot eye gouge. His finger is in the eye for more than a brief moment.

....and theres threads comments about the place that the AFL are targeting the Slime, and that it's a set up and you can't take a bronlow frontrunner away and blah blah wah wah wah.

pffft How does the AFL force Eagles players to do stupid things?
 
history should really come into it,its how they treat an eagle,compared to a freo player for the same act thats interesting

Umm. If you remember that dodgy Shinboner dobbed the purple jesus in it. Brown hasn't, and he won't coz Hodge and Judd are mates.

Points only carry over for 12 months. He'll get a maximum of 25% discount for a guilty plea. Your record carries over for 3 years (I think) and then you need 5 years of no convicitions to get a 'good record' and be entitled to a further 25% discount.

This of course is all irrelevant. There's no chance he'll even be cited.

The Brad Johnson v Ben Holland clash was worse a couple of weeks ago, and they both got off.

If you are confident Judd will get rubbed out get down the TAB tomorrow morning and get on the inform Kangaroos. They'll probably be around $3.20 and west coast could be without Embley, Cousins, Kerr and Judd.

Yes heart rate and blood pressure are almost back to normal
As far as I can tell Judd should get atleast a couple of weeks,will be happy if he gets 1 :D

Here is hoping North Melbourne go 7-3 after next week:thumbsu:
 
Judd will not go because he's not black and doesn't wear purple. Also, a precedent are the many elbows and slaps he's dished out over the season that haven't been reported so far - he brings his own whistle to the game.
 
Cant see the hawks dissing captain scratch because it wouldn't be in their interest for the Roos to win next week.

Farmer wasn't hard done by ,but Pratt did dob him in. Brownie won't dob him in because as i said on another thread ,his old man would give him a thrashing. You know Mal was always cheated at the tribunal.

Anyone who thinks racism does not exist in all levels of football from playing in the park to the AFL tribunal is living in lala land. It may not be as intentional once people become half educated in the matter, but it exists all the same because of the way we are all brought up.

Am not saying that Judd will get off lighter than Farmer because he is white, I think he will get off because the AFL are soft on their icons of the game. And Judd already has been over protected by officialdom the last few years. He deserves to go. Think about if Farmer had done that, same events, same players, do you think he would get let off ? No chance.

Whether Jud has been over protected or not is not the basis of this guys argument His argument is basically that because one guy is black and the other is dare i say it white, that black bloke gets a kick in the arse. Why bring this up on indigenous weekend?

I just get cheesed off at people who think that it is not a major issue for indigenous people (not just footballers). It is great that we recognise the contribution they have made to the game, but it is just a flimsy all talk no action if it does not impact on our way of thinking for the rest of the year.

That is that there are some people disadvantaged through no fault of their own and we always have to be aware of and making changes to our behaviour to overcome that, not just one weekend a year !! Then we will be fair dinkum about it all !
