Am about to watch the Northern Bullants v North Ballarat - Bullanbts are on top 7-1 have you got alot of young kids in there that should be getting a game or alot of mid-aged players who should be geting a game when your reserves are 7-1 and Carlton are neare the bottom surely there would hjave to be some changes

I understand some of them would be young or not upto AFL standard yet but was wondering what you guys think about your player managament this year

Cheers

So far this year. That's 33 of our list.

Davies and Hartlett have been injured most of the year.

Bryan probably needs to get a game but is rumoured to have attitude problems. Bower has to get a run in the second half of the year. Raso has been playing VFL reserves. Edwards is still developing.

We have Flint, A O'hAilpin, Smith, Batson, Jackson as rookies but none have been elevated yet.

You will find that most are getting a chance this year and that the reason the Bullants are doing so well is that when we rotate the older players they are too good for the VFL but not good enough for the AFL. Plus we have Morrell, Harford and Franchina running around as VFL listed players providing guidance and direction.

we have a mixture of both. Kids that are carlton listed include Blackwell, Russell, Kennedy, Smith (rookie), Jackson (rookie) and Flint (rookie). Some are middle aged players including Sporn, McLaren, Deluca, Bryan, Chambers, Setanta Carrazzo, some are middle aged and older non AFL listed players like Morrell, Young, Harfor, Josh Houlihan, Vansittart, Crow and Fallu, and others are young hopeful kids-like Bronik Davies. Really like the look of Davies, I think he may be worth a look in the draft...

Watched the first half, Bullants down by about 15 points. Bad second quarter (didn't score a goal) after a pretty good 1st quarter. Best so far Russell, Blackwell and Carrazzo. Good games so far also from Smith, Bryan and Deluca

We don't have all that many injuries and have a lot of experienced players who are good at VFL level but not good enough at AFL level (Sporn, Prendergast, Bannister, Harford, Morrell etc).
