I think he should spend a lot of time in the offseason learning to kick off the right. Think of how damaging a player he would be if he were able to play on both ways...

i would like to think my drunken comment to him at the B&F would make him realise he needs a right foot!!!

Very underrated player. He thrives with any leadership he is given. Is he part of our leadership group? He must be if Carazzo is. I think alot of people criticise his kicking because alot of it has gone inside 50 and at times our forward structure has not been great in being proactive so you see some kicks looking like they are pretty dodgy. Kade has become one of my favourite.

Kade looks to play on everytime he gets the ball. Its just that opposition know he'll play on to the left so they prepare for it. If he develops something for his right side then he could be anything.

His right is ok and as HBF stated his weakness there is overstated.

What I would like to see from Kade is for him to balance up and dispose more effectively after he has gone for a gallop

Mate....Simpson's opposite foot kicking is WAYYYY better than prob 90% of the teams opposite foot kicking...i quite like his right foot...

doesnt do much ...three or four bounce spurt which usually ends up missing the sticks or the mark , but is not the worst on that list

Carrot is a better kick/user of the footy then Simpson, but for some reason, Kade escapes a lot of the flak Carrot gets which is annoying

Don't agree with a number of the replies. Simpson's effectiveness has dropped since 2006/7 because the opposition have worked out that 10/10 when free he'll wheel onto his left side - opposition moves to the left and he's suddenly unbalanced and has to swing back to his right before he can dispose of it effectively. Which of course doesn't happen all too often in such a situation.

It's probably his greatest flaw in his game at the moment. One of the reasons why he's not kicking as many goals as he used to, IMO, is because teams aren't letting him line it up from 50m on his left.
