Really good traits as a junior, If he's grwon to KP size then we might have a good one. But often growth spurts cause coordination to go off for a year or so. Also the step up from juniors to AFL can be very hard. I'll wait a year or two before even expecting to see him. Now we have depth we shouldn't be seeign our juniors, except if super talents, in their first year or two.

Have said before is kicking action is a little like Sidebottom from the pies ie both hands close to the footy. I like the boy so hopefully he gets size on his frame and he could be the modern afl player for his size.

Prefer Darrou as a defender, have yet to see why we drafted Kamdyn, he has the athletic ability yet is lacking the footballing prowess at this point time.

He looked a little scared in the few games I saw in the VFL, he really needs a big dose of confidence and to back himself a little more. His skills looked really good and he moves well, I can see what caught the eye of the recruiters. Might just take a bit longer to get used to playing with the big bodies you get at seniors level. There's some pretty scary looking dudes running around the forward line in the VFL, no shame in taking awhile to shape up if you are built a bit like Miley Cyrus as an 18 year old.

Built like Miley Cyrus?? Is he single? :p

Let's hope so. THough I'd prefer he shed some weight and became a back flanker.

Agreed Tigs - not a fan of the club trying to convert him into an undersized KPD - same goes for Petterd (still have nightmares of the number White did on him...)

Could live with this, he's the right size but I haven't seen much of him to be honest. Might get be a good option if Grimes is traded as some people were hinting in the trade rumours thread. Reckon it might be a good 2-3 years before we see him mixing it up in the seniors.

Haven't seen enough of him but I thought he was a tall winger/half forward?

From what I've seen of him I'd like him taking a few more overhead marks and using his height.
For me that would be the catalyst in him pushing for senior selection because he looks confident running with ball in hand already.
I can imagine him playing a Newy role, receiving the kickouts, running and disposing it cleanly.

He seems like the perfect man to assist in defence to double team a player but definitely is a half-back, great endurance and great user. Only struggled in the VFL because he's played about 4 different roles.
