ST KILDA fans will breathe a sigh of relief thanks to Justin Koschitzke being cleared of any wrong doing in his questionable tackle against Collingwood’s Shane Wakelin and will be free to play against Hawthorn this weekend, as reported on radio SEN.
The match review panel did not consider the tackle unreasonable in the circumstances, reasoning that Koschitzke laid the tackle and threw Wakelin to the ground in one motion and couldn’t have known that the ball was out-of-bounds prior to the tackle.
Koschitzke played a major role in St Kilda’s win over Collingwood with 17 disposals, 10 marks and 3 goals and gives St Kilda’s chances a major boost with his availability this weekend.
No other charges have been handed out by the match review panel regarding this past weekend’s games.

However, he probably didn't realise that Wakes had gotten rid of the ball, he doesn't strike me as a dirty player.
