Was it or was it not Miller got Nathan Brown to the club. Part of me understands what you are talking about. However Aka or Polak or neather he is a wanted man at tigerland. Its not Just the experienced players he looks at . Its knowing which Young Kids are worth picking up.

where u been della, aker is not and never will be the answer to RFC...when we failed at crunch time this season it sure as heck wasnt coz we lacked goalkicking HFF....we have gaping holes as in Key backman and a classy grunt midfielder...aker simply doesnt fit that bill and will be more help elsewhere...keep searching pal...you'll come up with the answer soon, meanwhile keep off Millers back

Oteens was a must for us, played all 20 games so far and i have been happy with what he has offered, the uneducated fan may of though he was our saviopur but i was just hoping he could help Kingy in the rucj as kingy never plays and help take another key defender, we only gave up moloney amd meyer, meyer still unproven but may make it and Moloney hasn't played 4 games this year so overall i don't think we lost on that deal.

I dont get this whole idea we need Aker. Yes he is a brilliant player, but he is 30 y/o will be playing 70% HFF 30% Midfield. We already have Petts, Krak, Tambling, and Meyer to play the that possie next year. Plus Browny who at his best is as good as anyone in the comp.

We could get two years good service out of Aker, but it'll mean players like Meyer and Blinga will be sitting on the sidelines waiting to get into the team. Aker will not take us to a premiership.

Polak is more understandable and im sure Miller will do his best to get him to the club. But a few other clubs will want him as well and we dont want to pay over price for him.
