I agree on straight to the tribunal as it is out of the box, it will be a lottery on what they decide.

Yeah all depends on Petrie's evidence. If he even suggests he was being choked, which it clearly looked like he was, Lake should be rubbed out for five. Under no circumstances should you to attempt to crush someone's windpipe.
