Last Night...

Hi All,

last night I decided to for a few drinks with some friends to the waterloo pub...

Too my suprise a couple of the roo boys were there...

I saw diggers, makepeace and harding...being a member I thought I'd congratulate the guys on the year (which was hard being a shy guy)... To my dismay, I treated like I had the plague (I do understand they would have people come up to them all the time)...

As I was walking away with my tail between my legs, I had a hand put in my face and I looked up and saw Petrie smiling and introducing himself and we talked for a bit (god he nice guy - future captain)... He told me that they usually go there on a Wednesday night... Boomer, Clayton and D.Motlop(also nice guy) was also there... It seems that Boomer will sign, nothing said but just a feeling...

Who are the most approachable players at North...?

you mustve had a fun night! petrie is a great guy ive met him as well but when i met the roo boys i got to say shannon grant has got a great personality a real top bloke! Boomers gonna sign yay! thats great news did they say anything else about the club...

Nah, just happy to relax...

I was good at one end you had Scott West and Daniel Giansiracusa (spelling?) and at the other end the roos boys eight of them (shows the tightness of the playing group)...

Oh and Harris was there too...

My GF dealt to Grant, Kingy, Simmo, Rawlings, Arch and Spider at Crown on the Friday nite of the last game....She also said that Shannon was a legend.....She really liked Spider and thought Kingy was a laugh a minute....but said Simmo and Brady were really shy and reserved. Arch left early.

I was spewing when she told me about meeting them....Apparently Shannon liked her eyes a lot......God damn Roos players cracking on to my Mrs.......................... If it was any other clubs players I'd be really upset

yeah same here..my ex works at 'the pub' and she was niggled by some of the north players after a few 'quiet' ones!! she comes over ranting and proud saying how she tried to get picked up ..in order to get me jealous...and i was like..thats awesomeeeee! u should be a very lucky young lady..lol...but if its one of those pies, blues, cats, dogs, etc etc etc....u know where the door is.. lol...but personally coz ive sat down and had a chat to him, i think colby rates very highly for friendliness!

Saw the boys as well at the waterloo the other night, they seemed to be having a good time. I didn't bother to annoy them as they have probely got it all year. Apparently there were Western Bulldogs players as well there, but the only one I saw/recognise was Scott West
