There has been alot of arguing as to whether this season has been the players or coachers fault. I think there are 3 answers.
1. The players just aren't good enough - results in end of year player cleanout/rebuild, keeping ND (we must win around 6-7 games for this)
2. The players aren't good enough so they must go and so should the coach for having players who aren't good enough - rebuild with new coach
3. The coach is making us play sh1t style footy that is compounding the injury problems so the coach must go - new coach comes in and takes us to immediate success.
I'm sticking with most of the players who we have (with about 4-5 delistings) so my approach would be somewhere between option 2 and 3. Also I would describe the loss this week as more of the coaches fault for nothing happening in 3 quarters, where the hawthorn match I'd be more inclined to put on the players who were dreadful.
