kilkenny MOTM and bossed the midfield
Seems to be an excellent signing
More importantly we kept a clean sheet and our playing of the ball to feet came back, with minimal hoofing

Good result this morning. Away win at Crewe.

Beckford netting the winner. (Take that Derby!)

Up to 3rd but everyone has games in hand. So we are still technically around 5th-6th. Be good when everyone catches up...

Not a great performance but 3 points..
swansea are playing 2 games a week for the next six weeks, could be longer depending on their cup runs...hopefully the tire

Fair comments from Jewell

Upon hearing of Jewell's attendance at the Alexandra Stadium, United manager Dennis Wise claimed that the club's leading goalscorer would have no interest in signing for the Premier League's bottom team as Leeds were a "bigger club".

"I heard Dennis' comments," said Jewell.

"I don't know if he's trying to be big or score points with the Leeds fans. I wouldn't make a comment as I think it's pretty disrespectful for managers to talk about other teams unless they say nice things."

Although this was a bit unneccesary as well

But Jewell told the BBC: "I won't comment on Leeds except to say I've got no interest in Jermaine Beckford.

"He had a good spell at Scampaignerhorpe last year and has had a decent season so far. But, with all respect, I'm looking for a better quality player than that."

When asked where his future lies by a Sky Sports bod after Leeds' 1-0 win over Crewe last night, Jermaine Beckford offered a reply typical of the erudite footballers of the day:

He seemed to forget to add 'Braaaaap you is been merked innit', but we're sure that's what he was thinking.

A disappointing 1-0 home loss to Doncaster this morning. Stock scored from a free kick in the first half in one of their few chances on goal, unfortunately we hardly had any either in what sounded like one of our worst efforts this season.

We've got ourselves in an patch where we've become very inconsistent, two wins in a row, followed by a few poor losses or draws have seen us stagnate around the playoff positions while some clubs below have struck form. With many clubs above and below us having games in hand we really need to get going if we're to achieve automatic promotion.

ive been reading ridsdales book this part couple of weeks, very interesting reading and cringeworthy dealing with agents

Have we been relegated to Conference!!??

Good results overnight for us with Doncaster, Carlisle and Leyton Orient all losing.

Swansea are running away with it now and it looks like 2nd will be the most likely spot. Gotta return to some half decent form though.
