It's all "white" by me...har har.

Nah, it looks good. Last game of the season tonight, might possibly be the most pointless game ever, but would be good to end the season with a win.

Looking forward to seeing what Warnock can do over the summer.

No new contracts will be offered to Lloyd Sam, Alex Bruce, Mikael Forsell, Danny Webber and Maik Taylor

Transfer listed are Adam Clayton, Paul Connolly, Billy Paynter, Ramon Nunez, Andy O'brien and Paul Rachubka.

New contracts will be offered to Robert Snodgrass, Ross McCormack, Tom Lees, Michael Brown and Zac Thompson

Lifted from a LUFC forum. Probably the only contentious point would be Adam Clayton's transfer listing, but given I can only actually watch Leeds games once in a blue moon as they are hardly ever online, I couldn't make an assessment on his contribution.

I haven't seen him mentioned anywhere in regards to being transfer listed. I think he has 2 years left on his contract so I imagine that he's staying unless a good bid comes in for him.

Its hard to tell from the other side of the world, but apparently most Pompey fans are annoyed at losing Pearce. Hopefully that's a good sign.

We need some players that fight!

So after a summer window that started well, I assume everyone is suitably upset about how we've gone about the last few weeks since signing Jason. Anyone still got hope that this fabled takeover will eventuate?

There is a confirmed bid on the table to buy the club outright, Leeds United Supporters Trust confirmed that this is the case & that they'd been in direct contact with the the potential buyers (scroll down linked page to Takeover Statement 28th of May)http://lufctrust.squarespace.com/blog/
I have to say I trust the supporters trust 100%, if there had been any error in their statement on the issue Bates would have blown them out the water in the press.

The question is now, is Ken willing to sell? His previous BS about there being nobody interested in LUFC no longer stands up.

Time to shit or get off the pot Ken, an increasing amount of fans at Elland Road are no longer willing to tolerate the way you've been running the club.

From the Leeds site;

"Further to our previous statement of the 29th May, Leeds United can confirm they have granted an exclusivity period to enable a potential investor to carry out the appropriate due diligence.
It is anticipated this will be a fairly straightforward process.
A confidentiality clause prevents the club from making any further comment. However, our discussions with them have left us very comfortable that they have the financial resources to support the club and that they will have no issues in satisfying the requirements of the Football League’s Owners and Directors Test, unlike many of the previous approaches we have had to endure."
Reports that the interested party has ties to the Middle East - I'm so deliriously happy.

Also, opening day vs Wolves, as well as the Sheffield Wed and Millwall matches, have all been time shifted and will now be televised internationally. What a couple of days for Whites fans.

Theres good and bad owners from the middle east so caution is probably the best bet.

You just need to hope it's more of a Sheikh Mansour than a Suleyman Al Fahim. Believe it's a Kuwaiti backer FWIW.

They are in too much trouble to be worried about being cautious. They need the money and they need it now from anywhere and everywhere.

Que? Leeds have been profitable for a few years now, Bates is just overly cautious/frugal. Danger is lack of ambition and remaining in the championship not financial ruin.

You couldnt even find a few hundred thousand to sign Ward from Pompey. Clearly things are not as good as they seem from the outside

True, but I was thinking more along the lines of "trouble" being the dark days of the 2000s. Recent years have been like coming back into purgatory from the abyss and hopefully investment can see us returning to the top tier.

The club still needs to be cautious to avoid another collapse.
