im just as dissapointed as anyone with our losses but i think we need to give DB a chance he came 2 the club late so didnt get a chance 2 turn over the list i think he will do it this year because he will know everyone and know where there at i think its going 2 be a tuff year but we all need 2 stick with the MFC at the end of the day we love it what else can we do but show our support

Good to see a positive post.

No doubt some more senior players will retire at the end of this year and another couple will be delisted but we already have 20 players out of 44 (senior list plus rookies) who will be aged 21 or less this year. We need to put that into perspective. The fact is we couldn't have let go of too many more players anyway due to the sheer number of new players being blooded this year (ok maybe Holland and Warnock). We have 22 weeks to give as many youngsters a decent go as possible before our senior list is culled even more. It may not be obvious but we will be making some serious in-roads this year. It is just a shame that our youngsters are being introduced at such a terrible time where the team is underperforming and not giving them the support they need and deserve on the field.

im with you mate. i was at the game and i love the boys the boys through good and bad, it sucks to be in this position, but im not gonna dig my boot in like everyone else. They're out there trying to win, i believe that.
