Sam Reid has his own thread i think Jetta was the worst considering all things on saturday. Rohan tried and is more inexperienced for instance. When i factor in stats, work rate, effort and experience i think he was worst and i think he has coasted along being average despite obvious ability

Reid gets games for being tall, jetta gets them being quick

I know his role has changed so there are less goals, but i dont think the weekend was his first lazy effort

Where do you see his future

I wouldnt trade him bar a great offer, but he needs to lift next year or gtfo for mine

He is piss weak, no work ethic.

That miss tackle on macevoy said it all.

Jetta performance was one of the worst i have seen in a GF for a long time 4 ****ing disposals! the way he let a 20 gamer sidestep him and his refusal to chase was disgusting.

That being said he had a very good game against Freo and in general his season had been a passmark till the weekend..

Had a very good season
and was v. good in qualifying final and prelim
pretty much got K.O ed in the first 10-15 mins
think he actually got 2 shots to the head

Judging him off just 1 game is pretty unfair

I think he had an ok year, 2nd best he has had

But he is lazy and refuses to bend or chase a lot, saturday was an extreme bad game, but i dont like his attitude

You could name 10 more players who were just as pathetic, at the end of it all, he adapted to his change of role and had a good to v.good yr
another pre-season being coached for that role, will hopefully bring more improvement

Again as bedford said its not just one game

Jetta is lazy even in his best games

Like i said, he was pretty much K.O ed in the first 10-15 mins of the game, plus took another big hit later on, he could have being feeling the effects, which contributed to his poor showing

He's improved the defensive side of his game mark ably since he was drafted, if u expect him to be like a terrier at the contest and chases like a rohan, well then i guess you will be disappointed, because thats not the type of player is he, and if you have that expectation of him then ofcourse you will be disappointed

Having an off day and not trying are two completely different things. Kieran Jack had an off day. Dan Hannebery had an off day. But Lewis Jetta didn't even ****ing try! Hope he has a big pre season and redeems himself.

needs to lift his workrate and needs more mongrel in his game.

also, we've seen his running game, hes now developed his kicking game. I'd like him to see him combine the two facets to become a more unpredictable and dangerous player.

will really need to put in the hard yards over the summer and put in.a huge effort in 2015.

he's not alone though, id like to see more players get physical. i want more players flying the flag when someone like buddy is being bumped around.

mcveigh needs to harden the f up as well. hawthorn threw everything at us and we didnt even respond.

So play him in the H&A and park him for the finals?

I've always found his defensive side absent and watching Cyril tackle bigger blokes and watching Jets skirt the hard stuff on the weekend probably gave Bruce a stiffy. Cyril >>> Jetta

Should watch some tapes of Cyril and what a defensive game looks like and how it can impact a game.

Thought once he was suppose to be quicker than Cyril.

Offensive great but his defensive game is dead set just lazy.

Exactly. I think he's a great player and really loved the role he played this year but there's been far too many occasions where he's been left standing and watching when the opposition have the ball.

Needs to be told that he's one of several players who will need to re-claim their spot in the team over the pre-season.

I just want to know why Longmire decided to change his game style after 2013.

45 goals in a season from a wing apparently isn't very helpful.

Was it just because coaches figured him out?
