I rate the move, would definitely be a handy pick up. McKay is back soon but he's in and out a lot, he needs help when he's in but also an ok backup for when he goes down.

I would take Jones in a heartbeat as insurance - as long as we get Busslinger or another KPD as a high pick.
He can play and anything to take the pressure off BMac.

Brother I like your idea of getting a mature body in but the whole f***ing backline needs to go.
If Walker goes then Id look at Jones but we need to advance the rebuild not prolong it.
if we were in a position where our list was just "poor" then sure a stop gap measure like jones as was walker when we got him as well but fact is we are needing to churn every player we can get a look at. which only further purplexes me that we are wasting a spot on the list to pay for a coach?
