In terms of actual performance he’s one of our best senior leaders right now.

I’d take him over McDonald, Ziebell, Hall & Turner.

Wish he was 10 years younger and I hope he sticks around the club in a full time recruitment capacity when he hangs them up. If his eye for talent is as good as his vision then he’ll be a huge asset.
