FFS get a grip you blokes. You cannot sue someone for expressing an opinion. Can any of you tell me you don't think Carlton tanked last year?

He said Thornton went under the knife for no reason - that is undermining the integrity of a doctor - therefore saying the doctor is guilty of malpractice. Defamy, whatever you want to call it.

He's also slandered the club and its staff. Magazines get sued for slandering and 'alleging without proof' of celebrity dirt all the time - it happens all the time and can happen here.

I'm not a big fan of petty legal battles, I'd actually rather we didn't persue it but it can be done.
