Both North and Ports seasons are done. Game over, pack it up.

Trades need to be done as both teams are shithouse.

Lindsay Thomas kicked 5 today and is a good Port boy and would love to come home. He was disappointed to leave Port and go to North in the first place and would fit in well over there with Laidley.

Nope. The faith in the current coaching staff is low. Club needs a clean out of 6-8 players and another group of kids at the next draft.

Need to compliment Campbell with a crumber not in the Thomas ilk.

Need to trade a ruckman also.

Yeah, because enjoying Soccer is such a bad thing.

As for the trade suggestion, I'm not sure why we would want to trade a player like Thomas who is kicking goals in a forward line that is already dysfunctional enough as it is.

Lindsay Thomas is a very good little player and the fact he is a magpies boy is a bonus if he wants to move. But there is a reason why he is good value to North and unless things change wont be to us. He plays under the feet of Hale, Petrie, Edwards and McIntosh and Goldstein when they rest up forward.

He wont be much use to us under the Choco big power forwards don't matter theory of footy. I would rather have Thomas in the forward pocket than Ebert or Motlop because it would mean the rest of our structure is correct. But whilst Choco is around he wouldn't be as much value to us.
