Nicks isn’t Hinkley. However, many in here don’t appear to believe that he’s capable of self improvement. I’m not suggesting it’s purely on Nicks that our strategic approach has improved but too many in here believe he’s completely incapable of improvement

Crouch could be a target for a few clubs. If Oliver wants out then he could end up at Melbourne, West Coast need anyone that can play the game, Essendon similar.

Biggest knock on Melbourne this year is they have three inside mids who can't play elsewhere on the ground. If they were able to move one on, I'm doubtful they'd replace them with a carbon copy.

I think it's probably reasonable to think that, if a side significantly improves, then perhaps their head coach has taken some action and has improved as well.

I mean - if you just don't want to believe something, then you never will. If you want to invent scenarios that haven't happened and get angry at them anyway, then I guess you'll do that.

I think he's more likely to get another year than not - but he also would probably take the opportunity to play more somewhere else.

I highly doubt Matty and Elly would uproot their young family and move to Perth erspecially on a short term deal and he's pretty well set for life after football also.

Certainly wasn't bad for him, but his talent was obvious and his performance was trending upwards.
