He's a star, but part of me also thinks if a guy's main decision on where he plays football is built around a basic fitness Instagram influencer "brand" then he probably wouldn't fit in here either. Definitely sounds like a Carlton recruit though. Some of the suggestions are a little optimistic I think.
- News is that Bont is about to re-sign with the Dogs.
- Likely that the Demons will reluctantly have to give up Petracca, but the whole saga last year was about him moving to a bigger Melbourne club like Collingwood or Carlton for his 'brand'. Struggle to see Adelaide getting any consideration from him.
- While Essendon are on the ropes and have been decimated by injuries, I don't think they will be looking to salary dump their captain, heart and soul of the club, and one of the top players in the comp.
I think it'll be the same as last time and we're waiting until the end of the year to see if he's in our plans. Berry playing so well in his absence probably doesn't help him, but with how many guys we have out of contract I can see a scenario where they want to keep him as experienced backup. Whether Crouch is interested in that or if he has a starting 22 offer elsewhere I dunno. I do think he'd be a decent fit for the Eagles though, we saw in the SANFL how well Draper played when he has an experienced Crouch next to him to do some of the dirty work. Think Reid could definitely benefit from a similar thing.Hey lads sorry if this has been discussed before, but is there any chance Matt Crouch re signs? Would be a decent fit for our mob I reckon.
We don't need another flanker.Darcy Wilson sounds unhappy at St Kilda according to some media reports.
I think we could find a spot on the other wing for Darcy Wilson the wingman. We don't need another flanker.
As has every other coach at one time or another. I’ve been as critical of Bicks as the next guy but at some stage you have to acknowledge the improvement. No, Nicks has an inferior record to Hinkley.
You’ve seen Nicks **** up still this year right?
You reckon Mutineer has improved his posting? Thats debatableAs has every other coach at one time or another. I’ve been as critical of Bicks as the next guy but at some stage you have to acknowledge the improvement.
Wouldn’t matter if he did!You reckon Mutineer has improved his posting? Thats debatable
Gee!I think it's probably reasonable to think that, if a side significantly improves, then perhaps their head coach has taken some action and has improved as well.
I mean - if you just don't want to believe something, then you never will. If you want to invent scenarios that haven't happened and get angry at them anyway, then I guess you'll do that.
But what you're saying seems pretty reasonable.
From Mostyn, where you beenGee!
I’m not used to positive affirmation on this board.

He did indeed.Darcy Wilson looked an absolute gun for St Kilda last year. Another one of those where if there's even a 1% chance you'd be on the phone today.
Know he's a Victorian but maybe being from up north he'd have less ties to Melbourne? Did he go to school in the country as well?
Unlikely to re-sign with the crows, if he and his partner are interested in moving he'd be well worth acquiring particularly to help out your young midfield. He may just say I'm done with footy though. There would be plenty of off field roles the club could organise for him so he stays in SA.Hey lads sorry if this has been discussed before, but is there any chance Matt Crouch re signs? They can suggest all they want but he is contracted for another while yet & happy in Adelaide. Why would you move to Carlton?Matty Lloyd on Footy Classified suggesting that Carlton should go hard for Rash. Long term contracted, Carlton would have zero they could offer us to even consider letting him go. Crazy suggestion.

Would be a sensible get for WC. Still very much an AFL quality player particularly when he is focussed on disposing the ball forward releasing team mates. He did struggle during Adelaide’s rebuild due to lack of quality mids around him but if Reid stays that’s not as big an issue - he would complement Reid nicely in my view and would only cost you salary cap.Hey lads sorry if this has been discussed before, but is there any chance Matt Crouch re signs? I think a second rounder. Higher than what our natural one would. About what we paid for ANBWhat would you be willing to pay for Ryan?
I sure lots of young players watch Carlton faithful jeer and abuse and spit on their beloved team on multiple occasions over the last few years and go - I would love to play there!!There is a couple I'd be OK picking off but really as third round trade sort of picking off, not the sort of thing I'd be wanting to include Rash in.
I just think that is lazy by Lloyd, "Rash supported Carlton as a kid, Carlton should try and get him"
