Yeah i thought so, maybe just top 10s ??Don't first rounders automatically get 3 years?
Thilthorpe says hiWatching West Coast yesterday, it struck me that it’s just so sad that after our rebuild and being among the dregs of the competition, we don’t have a Harley Reid type player that we can build our team around for the next decade.
We really stuffed this up.
Give me Thrilthorp everyday. A massive KPF is far more important than a key midfielder.Thilthorpe says hi
A bit of luck on the draftee for the year you finish last. There's a reasonably amount of pick 1 who have been very underwhelming but we got a very good one in Thilthrope, you can build a team around him.Watching West Coast yesterday, it struck me that it’s just so sad that after our rebuild and being among the dregs of the competition, we don’t have a Harley Reid type player that we can build our team around for the next decade.

Think he may be a bit more than solid from what I’ve seenWillem Duursma Is going to be a good solid AFL player, but he doesn’t scream superstar like Harley Reid, Riley Thrilthorp, and Matt Rowell.

Watching him in tight on the weekend moved thru traffic Pendlebury likeI don’t think he will reach an AA level.
Crazy call to make on a rising star favourite in his debut season.I don’t think he will reach an AA level.

List from the other thread of current out of contract players at years end: My thoughts
Keep
Brayden Cook -Extend
Luke Pedlar - Extend
Charlie Edwards Extend
Zac Taylor - Extend
Indy Cotton (Cat b Rookie) Extend
Jordan Butts - Keep / extend but not at all costs
James Borlase (R) - Probably gets an extension
Hinge - One to watch, depending on how he finishes the year, offer one year and if he gets better elsewhere then so be it. He is 28 soon.
Gone
Taylor Walker - Retire
Lachlan Sholl - Delist
Chayce Jones - Delist
Oscar Ryan - Delist
Depending on Butts, Hinge, Borlase and if any one wants out, at least one of these may have to go
Billy Dowling - Who knows
Tyler Welsh (R) - probably keep
Hugo Hall-Kahan (R) No idea
I’d rather have Thilthorpe than Harley.Watching West Coast yesterday, it struck me that it’s just so sad that after our rebuild and being among the dregs of the competition, we don’t have a Harley Reid type player that we can build our team around for the next decade.

What have you been watching?Willem Duursma Is going to be a good solid AFL player, but he doesn’t scream superstar like Harley Reid, Riley Thrilthorp, and Matt Rowell.
An elite midfielder is probably better to the overall output of the team. Would say an elite KPF is harder to find but they're still reliant on the midfield winning it. Midfield makes both the back and forward half look much better if they're on top of the game.Give me Thrilthorp everyday. A massive KPF is far more important than a key midfielder.
Yeah but harley reid is one of the few players i woukd offer up just about anyone on our list for (thilthorpe excluded). He could end up being the best player in the comp.Give me Thrilthorp everyday. A massive KPF is far more important than a key midfielder.
I think Rob will ask for a trade or we would just pay his contract out.
Not sure how loud the noise is but Collingwood are keen on Sam Berry.
A small whisper going around that Nick Murray could be interested in a change of scenery. A potential trade
Finlay Maley is also out of contract. Could be a delisting.
NorwoodNo one is going to want ROB
