Need to draft 2 KPF either 2 this year or Moore this year and another next with our top pick.

" long term recruiting needs " can be a very subjective Q & A. otherwise technically you would say every position will be needed at some point. so looking at the next 2 years Cloke and or Read would still be only 29. in 4 -5 years that your's suggesting then you will need a midfield gun also to replace Pendles. etc etc.

Ok here it is again for the third time.

We are going after one of either Paton or Cameron from Gws.This gives Darcy Moore time to develop he will eventually take over from Clokey.If things don't work out with GWS we go after one of Day or Dixon from Gold Coast one will go.
Secondly we are after a gun midfelder to replace Swanny in a year or so,We wanted Fyfe hes staying at Freo silly move but his choice. If freo don't win the flag this year their window may close which opens things up for us should the GWS and Gold coast thing falls through.
The midfielders we are looking at are Tom Liberatore and Trealor from Gws or maybe Stephen hill from freo
Mundy is too old and will finish his career at Freo,Pity.
We are also looking at topping up next year with some bargain basement gems.....Either Gartlett from Carlton or Saad ex stkilda.Either is good SAAD is dead eye in front of goals.

We may need to trade a middle tabled player to get the big kpp.......Lumumba or Nathan Brown ?
Then trade up for a higher pick to get the kp gun we need we have the money no problems.

Forget Jack Reiwoldt don't want.

No way you get Cameron with that offer. They would laugh if you offered up Harry and Brown. Gotta trade quality to get quality especially key forwards. Would take a gun player like Beams to even get them interested.

Not sure GWS would be keen on draft picks either. They don't need anymore kids. Unless they were to on trade them for experienced players from other clubs.

Think it would take a Beams or Sidebottom plus a mid 1st round pick to get a trade like this done.

We would need to give up at least one of the following: Pendles, Beams, Sidey. Or 2 of Elliott, Witts, Grundy, Langdon, Schaz, Freeman.

Mids come on a lot faster than talls.

Imo Freeman, Broomy and Berg long term will fill some of that midfield class.

Takes KPP 3 to 4 even 5 years to become consistant AFL players, half as long for mids to have impact.

For mine Gunston is one of those guys who are a good player in a good side.

Kicks 10 goals in the past 2 weeks including 6 in a losing side.

And the best player via free agency pending availability and cost as the field has greatly diminished.

When did Hine say he liked next years Draft?

Well we might look at a Mature Age Ruckman. Like at Freo with Griffen and Hannath we could get them on the Cheap and fill a need of getting a mature age Ruckman.

We have not Committed to Moore yet but that is 95% chance of Happening

because we need a fast and agile crumber.

he's been surrounded by soft as shit players like murphy and yarren his entire career, he's young enough to work with, he's at a cross roads with the blues and malthouse so he would be looking for a move and he is down on form so we could get him for cheap.

we can have hard players who butcher the ball or soft players that score goals. you keep saying players like adams can improve thier kicking because you have a tingle in your pants for him yet refuse to accept this player being able to build up his confidence because your 'not a fan'?
