Sorry for intruding.
I always liked the Dees and from what I saw tonight,
you've lost a bit of your soul.
Good luck for the future, but seems like Daniher was a convenient fall guy to
keep a few others earning a crumb around the place.

"lost your soul" wtf

do u mean to say that the MFC doesn't play with any spirit consistently enough? Cause that would be a more accurate description.

Mate you should choose and articulate your words a bit more carefully

No, he means that Daniher is 'our soul'...

For the millionth time I will ask the question to people who oppose the Daniher resignation...

How much longer do we give a coach who hasn't won a premiership at all or even made the top four for 7 years?

Daniher is the reason why we're in this position, he continues to play guys like Nathan Brown instead of cutting his losses and getting talent into the team.

Yeah. I retract my statement lol. Daniher going is a good thing, MFC has a culture problem and Neale was only prolonging that. Last nights performance was the perfect indicator of this

Does nobody see that it's better for Daniher to leave as well? He gets a chance to go back home, recharge his batteries after almost ten years non-stop pressure and have another crack at coaching somewhere else in a couple of years. A divorce was the right outcome for both parties.

Thats the best way to sum it up, it was a little messy throughout the week and then last night we suffered through the does it really have to end stage, and hopefully Neale can have success at another club and we can be jealous of them, but in the end it is important that we move on to bigger and better things.

Did you notice how in Daniher's resignation press conference, he said that he had been involved in a great footy "team" and not "club". Maybe I'm reading too much into it but this is starting to look like Butterss and Thomas.

Possibly but Neale didn't sleep with the club President a la down Moorabbin way
