yep! just read it now online.... we are yet to officially announce our list changes for todays deadline though.
apart from the obvious leigh brown, leon davis and the trade ins that is....
will probably announce it at 5pm today or even tomorrow.
now that macaffer is staying it probable means the changes will be dick, farmer/stubbs off the list.
have heard the whispers that all rookies have been delisted but then saw that shae macnamara trained today....maybe he'll play with our vfl side and be removed from all official collingwood afl lists.

One year deal... does anyone know if Macaffer is starting training already? If he isn't training with Nick Maxwell and the 1-3 year players I'll be pretty dissapointed.
Great news.
A fully fit Caff is a great addition to the side and an element we were sorely missing this year. Strong mark, strong bodied, good decision maker, good defensively and a smart footballer.
Will hopefully be a mainstay in our best 22.

Wasn't he training as part of the GF 'squad' - in which case, he wouldn't be allowed to start training until the rest of the senior players start.
Pull his finger out? He had a groin injury through the 2010/2011 preseason then broke his foot during the year amongst other things...

Also hurt his back - had a shocking run of injuries this year.

Glad to see we've signed the old Caff. Good hands, strong body and the perfect blend between the Twin Towers and the smaller forwards. I reckon we missed his work pretty badly this year. Hope he has a great 2012.
