"United legend and Munich disaster survivor Bill Foulkes has passed away at age 81"
I'm not going to pretend that I know much about him but it's always a special kind of sadness when it's a Busby Babe.
RIP

RIP.

On united this morning, disappointed, but I just knew we wouldn't win, the line up was weak, we had our chances though. The midfield is painfully awful, Fellaini just isn't doing much, very poor signing thus far, and Cleverely just isn't upto it.

We simply have to sign some quality midfielders in January, it's a must to stay in the title race.

Well **** I missed the game cause I had a morning exam. So surprised when I saw the scoreline. Def watching replay. Heard Shinji played behind the striker too..funny how we scored a lot, thought Moyes was super conservative

Shinji had a very good game, as did Rooney, that's because there was no RVP, so Shinji can play in behind, which is where he wants to play.

But you can't not play RVP (When he's fit), he's one of the best strikers in the world. Moyes just has to find that right balance.

Wow that was bad. Giggs playing a full 90mins in midfield at 40? We really need someone else in there.

Valencia does my head in. He has no tricks, other than knock ball outside of left back, run fast. Too predictable to defend.

6-10th finish coming up. We're behind a lot of teams now, squad is just not good enough, midfield is a debacle, I'm sick of us not addressing it, absolutely pathetic.

Defence needs to be tweaked as well.

It really has been a debacle since Moyes has stepped in, horrible transfer window, horrible preseason and horrible league so far. Only real positives are Rooney not leaving and the fact we're top of our group in the Champions League

It's as simple as this, if we don't get some quality midfielders/wingers in January, then say hello to a 10th place finish.

The squad is average at best, Rooney and RVP make is reasonable. I still can't stress how bad the midfield is, doing my head in!!!!!

The midfield is bad, but that is one legacy that Fergie left Moyes.

Time to end the great DAvid Moyes experiment.
Rubbish. There's only so much you can do with Nani, Valencia and Young. All one trick ponies, then add in the fact that you're best midfielder is 32 year old Michael Carrick and your best defender is increasingly on the decline (Vidic) and that one of your best creative players can barely play in his position (Kagawa) and it's a recipe for disaster.

Woodward is as much to blame as Moyes. Couldn't have cocked up the summer transfer window anymore than they did.

I don't think Moyes has been as bad as many of our fans are making out. Sure he's made bad subs, team selections and his tactics have been questionable but he's following in the footsteps of one of the great managers. Doesn't help when your back four puts you in a bad spot in the first place with terrible defending and the entire club has been used to Fergie's ways for years.

Give him some time, get angry if things don't change by this time next year.
