Surely he can't expect a pay rise when his best days are behind him? Sounds like that figure is BS. Will be interesting to see if he has the 25% reduction for not making CL clause in his new contract like some others have.

Wasn't bad. Can't really judge on the first game but I though all the good signs are there.

I've recorded the game so I'll watch it when I get home. Looking forward to seeing mata play, not expecting much first game, coming from a club that plays a lot different to us.

I'm sure he'll click very well with januzaj, RVP, Rooney and Kagawa and will be playing his very best in no time.

He did assist it, I had to listen to the whole game. It sounded like we came close to scoring 4-5 times in the last 10 minutes.
