Just wish he nailed that first shot for goal.
Would have given him confidence and possibly jolted the whole team out of their coma's.

Was there sadly...
Reminded me of a few years ago when I watched Izzy Folau run around for GWS.
Was totally out of his depth v ultra professional Swans.

Was also there.

Looked way out of his depth.

Clearly not quite ready, but nothing wrong with giving him a run. I'm sure Vickery couldn't have saved us.
Hardwick said when he took over that he would never gift games to anyone.
I know circumstances change and I'm not going to hold that against him, but we gifted games to Elton, C. Moore and Chol to name a few.

Missed the main game but was glad he was given a shot. Will give him plenty to think about and work on over the summer.

Seen enough of him in the VFL to be pretty confident he will make it as an AFL player. Unlike most other project players, he already has good foot skills and by all reports he's a ripping character not short on confidence. Will be someone I'll be tracking with great interest over the pre-season.

Would be good if mar a turned into an aliir alike style player help rance out a bit
we shouldve got that fella

instead we got naifan gordon

Do you have a quote for that? We gifted games to everybody in his first two years.
"I will never gift games to anyone." - Damien Hardwick

"No short-cuts...
A flag built from the draft...
The jumper will never hit the floor..."

I swear he must actively and deliberately cultivate a goldfish memory to avoid his face melting off in sheer hypocrisy each time he looks in the mirror.

Hmm optimistic posts on young players like these are usually made in February. :drunk:

We will see what happens.
