In a word - NO.
He has played well this season, but IMO he has played above himself this season and we will probably see him fall back next year.
I would prefer to have Laycock (future) and Hille as backup, pinch hitting up forward, however I guess that all changes if Hille were to leave, up until then i say No.

Blake is a lot more consistent than Hille, I would look to see if we could win a trade with Collingwood involving Hille and possibly bring him aboard

I imagine that his wanting to come to Essendon would be heavily influenced by our new coach.
The issue with Laycock and Hille is they play the same way and give you little output unless they are spending the bulk of the time in the ruck.

he's no good. if he was playing for carlton or richmond there wouldn't be a good word said about him. he's just a crap player in a really good team. when king was injured they had nobody else to turn to. it just shows that a 2nd string ruckman isn't that important in a team that has 9 all australians plus ottens
