dno where he would fit if we don't get rid of hille. Anyway its going to be a very young ruck duo if we go after him. Id imagine other teams with less quality rucks would go after him

In a word - NO.

He has played well this season, but IMO he has played above himself this season and we will probably see him fall back next year.

I would prefer to have Laycock (future) and Hille as backup, pinch hitting up forward, however I guess that all changes if Hille were to leave, up until then i say No.

Blake is a lot more consistent than Hille, I would look to see if we could win a trade with Collingwood involving Hille and possibly bring him aboard

The issue with Laycock and Hille is they play the same way and give you little output unless they are spending the bulk of the time in the ruck.

he's played consistently all season and his dad was a superstar.
they'll probably be expecting big things outta him aswell.

he's no good. if he was playing for carlton or richmond there wouldn't be a good word said about him. he's just a crap player in a really good team. when king was injured they had nobody else to turn to. it just shows that a 2nd string ruckman isn't that important in a team that has 9 all australians plus ottens

we want a good ruckman, not a back up.
Hille may not be consistent but he is a big figure in Essendons game. He is our vice after all.
Lets hope we get a good ruck prospect in this yrs draft.
