Toast Mark Jamar - 100 games

Due to the bye next week, we have not 1 but 2 weeks to toast the Russian's 100th game when he run's out against West Coast @ Patersons stadium in round 6. Surely he rides in 1st class and if Virgin Blue don't have a 1st class then why the **** not!

It hasn't been plain sailing though as injury interrupted his career for a while. Some potted him when he was down and others stood by him as he worked his way back. In any case we've all loved watching him dominate the last couple of years and hopefully continue to.

Well done Russian and good luck for your 100th.

He sure is! He'll keep his spot if he keeps playing the way he is right now. Been very good so far this season. Hasn't lost his position in any of the 4 games thus far.

Congrats Mark on reaching 100 games. A true indication of what can happen if you keep working hard. Who would have thought a few years ago he would be our most valuable player? I hope the team can put in an extra special one for you against West Coast. You deserve it....

3rd in hitouts at present, and probably should've had a couple more goals on the weekend (2 obvious frees straight in front in the last quarter).

I remember him getting a free kick on the wing of the MCG in 2008. He went back stopped, propped, looked for a handball.....but there was nothing so he went back and went bang with a massive kick.................it went about 20m straight and 30m sideways into the middle of the MCC members and I thought this bloke is an out and out certified spud.

Fast forward 2 and 1/2 years and he is all All-Australian and probably our most important player. Well do Russian!.
