Feel a bit for Neeld as his face didn't fit. He oversaw a complete basket case at Melbourne, every time I'd see him I'd think " ahh ****, the Melbourne bloke" Clearly the sacrificial lamb. Where's the heat on dodoro? 5000 days since we last won a final. Where's the heat on the conditioning coaches ? I've said it multiple times, we have recruited the complete wrong body shapes for todays afl football.

Not really sure you can blame one person on Essendons form slump. However Mark Neeld took an averaged list but at least reasonable competitive 8.5 wins to 4 wins in 2012 to 2 wins in 2013. He shook the confidence of the players at Melbourne and just by coincidence Essendon players also look low on confidence. I think getting rid of neeld is the first of many steps in the right direction.

Would be nice, but he's in the middle of a potential second Tigers premiership. So I doubt it. Blake seems to be mostly about that side of the coin, also loves the work as an assistant, so far.
