Peter Bosustow - 1982

The big hanger in the forward pocket at Princes Park against Essendon

The smother and snap out at Waverley against the Cats.

Showing my age:rolleyes:

Both against Geelong. The mark was taken over big john mossop. Collected some frequent flier points on the way down.

Your posts got read out on SEN.

For what it's worth, I don't think it will be mark of the year. It was pretty lairish, made a difficult mark look near impossible. Glad he took it though, and even more glad he finished it off with a goal.

Not even close to mark of the year. Actually did all the wrong things, but credit to him that he came down with it in the end.
His goal when he swooped on a loose ball, swept it off the carpet and calmly slotted it through on the run in a bit traffic was exquisite though.

Was horizontal when he took the mark was a very good show from leon last night

At the minute there are really only three contenders.

Luke McGuane
Jonathan Brown
Leon Davis

Davis' was a better hanger than McGuane's, therefore, it is either a choice between extreme courage or extreme excitement.

Adam McPhee's mark was a ripper...but it wasn't paid. If it gets included in the mark of the year, I will be writing a letter, as it is as important as someone kicking a ripper goal in the warm up.

Brown's mark was way overrated. I think McVeigh and McGaune's marks were better.

Brown's mark was shizen, and Im his biggest fan! He was set up, and didnt collect anyone. Yeah, he didnt know he wouldnt hit anyone, but an uncontested mark is an uncontested mark!
