I would either take the pick and forget Seaby at this stage or send pick 31 to the Eagles for Seaby which is still a second round pick and we keep the higher pick.

Was never going to happen unless we could get another pick inside the top 30. You seriously think it would have been in our interests to go into the draft with only 1 pick inside the top 50?

They should have offered seaby big money to make him want to leave and put pressure on the eagles. They really need an experienced ruck badly and the attempts to get him werent very convincing. a second round pick is reasonable for a ruck.

BF, the only thing that would matter if you came out with a better list, picks or not.

It wouldn't matter if you only had the one pick as long as you are stronger, I just thought that Seaby would have been better than having a punt on pick 26.

Time will tell, nothing lost.

I'm glad Seaby has stayed, I really rate him. Like all WC players had a shocker this year.

You are right. Better list. Adding a player at pick 26 will make our list a lot better than adding a player at pick 74.
