I'm a bit  . Are these 2 separate interviews ?

Agree with you there t_o_o , regarding Glyon doing the interview.

Seperate interviews from what I saw .

Cheers TRIB , Does anyone have times, stations etc for these ? (on a side note, be great if you had an E word on your name The Roar Is Back. Just to complete the abbreviation TRIBE) Just a passing thought :p

If he was Canadian it could be: The Roar is Back eh

Funny - we wear the golden sash and get treated like the red-headed step child while the wearers of the red sash get treated like the golden-haired boy.

BIT of unnecessary paranoia ...... the Connors interview was actually quite well done.
Quite interesting!

Can you give us the lowdown Goldust ? I was unable to view it.

He spoke about the incident which led to his demise, how it came to the club's attention. That is he and Dusty missed training, club officials came around and whisked the two players back to the club in separate cars so they couldn't concoct a story together and each was interviewed independently of the other.
Connors spoke about how when confronted by Hardwick that this was likely the end, that he didn't handle it well (the rumour was that he attacked 'Dimma' and wanted to fight, which if true, would fit with what he was saying).
He indicated he could see why the decison was made and that he had let himself and the club down.
He also stated that because of the way it had ended, he had never properly thanked the club for all that it did for him over six years. He genuinely appreciated the opportunity and support the club had given him.
They went on to talk to his new coach at Aberfeldie, who said Connors had been a good influence at his new club. He said a lot of players don't really adjust to life at a suburban club after their career is terminated and the lower standard of football, but Connors had cause no problems or had any problems.
Also, Connors is not barred from seeing any current day players!

Thanks very much Goldust, I really appreciate your write up, cheers :thumbsu:

P.S By the sounds of it he has moved on and is taking more responsibility for his role in what happened. That can only be a good thing for Daniel, I wish him all the best.

The whole with Connors was a joke imo. He was smirking and grinning the whole way through it. Didn't look very sincere at all.
