Ironically accurate phrase, notwithstanding you used the most amateurish trick in the book by feigning ignorance of MH's surname despite it being in the title of this thread.

BTW, blackshadow has links in his sig as to who he is, no façade there. He also has only one twitter account. The façade allegation has wings against MH (who may or may not be you, but I know what I'm betting), who has multiple twitter accounts, some of which he uses to re-tweet his own material and pretend it is independent, and one that he used to SPAM twitter when he decided to become a 'virtual' beggar to fund his laughably facile "Black Optics" project.

Don't forget the Appendix D restrictions, Jenny (previous page). They even mention international treaties, and the like, as further restrictions on supply. The Schedule 4 looks nice in itself, but the real story is in Appendix D. Not all Schedule 4's get an appendix, but this has.

Just googled him. A nobody, story is bigger than him. Hird is at Court to protect the Corporates, not the players, in my view. In saying that, interesting he has a Lib Party background. But at the end of the day, he's not running the show.

We have to remember that the ACC (Aus Crime Commission) wrote the initial report. ASADA was the Govt body charged with investigating/prosecuting it. The data you're asking for needs a full time professional on it. The Corporations Act would help with this, not just ASADA. ASIC and the ATO should also be more heavily involved.

But you raise a good point western rooboy.

I don't disagree with you at all. It's no coincidence that key people are silent until this plays out. I've always wanted this to go the distance through the courts. Far too much will remain hidden if doesn't. This could be its own underbelly series. It's that deep.
 
I think some folks might be getting a little distracted from the core of CozzaD's contribution. History is littered with examples of pollies, from all sides, making hay for themselves, and mates. What's more, it is far from unknown for business interests to trump political allegiances. Being in the "tent" has more to do with connection and influence than political philosophy

So, while skepticism is always worthy, from what I've come to know over the last 20 odd months, what CozzaD's put forward looks pretty damn close to me. I was aware of a property deal connection running from Thompson's time in Geelong back to Essendon. I was aware of the Phosphagenics connection to Calzada - Phosphagenics were licensed by Calzada to produce AOD (in Taiwan, under contract) for inclusion in the fat busting cream 'compounded' in the US of A, where it was sold as a cosmetic (until the Yanks took it out of the cream 'cos it was too expensive). Further, the 2 companies seemed to swap staff more than most.

And, there's more in what Cozza's contributed that rings true, or very damn close to it, to me.

Ergo, I'll be very interested to read further offerings, and see if it gels with what I understand or suspect. I've already been able to fill in a couple of gaps.

Could be a sham, of course, but I haven't seen any evidence of it, so far.
