It was a good whack. Most of the show was the boys being jovial but that part was, as you say, a whack.

From afar I always thought Shae sounded a bit "entitled"....put a lot of time and effort into self promotion with blogs etc...wouldnt win your teammates over when youre pretending to be a media star when in fact your are merely the 43rd player on the list.

Yeah I think you are right. If a club is tossing up whether to back you a little longer, not being a good bloke may help make that decision a little easier.

I was surprised by the way it was put by Beamsy but in line with the type of show it is. Taped at a pub with a pub crowd, noisy and less likely to be the standard politically correct responses. Having said that it wasn't a question to him - he just went with it off the cuff.
