Our forward line has looked woeful this year and as a result Bickley should be sacked.

Is rightly the scapegoat - and our forward line not functioning this year has nothing to do with the loss Tippett and Walker.

Should have moved on. Needs to get out of the bubble. Good to see the club has waited to do a thorough review of the season before deciding on the coaching panel to take us forward.

Has our forward line been terrible or has the delivery been terrible? A new goal/field kicking coach and midfield coach is what is really needed. Along with some sort of strategy to kick it into the forward line.

Bickley is our backup interim coach when our real coach is sick or sacked. He has a role to play so we should contract him before the likes of Essendon poach him. One thing our club is very good at is producing interim (backup)coaches for the league. Currently we boast 2 very high quality ICs at Essendon and Melbourne and one waiting in the wings at Port.

And I believe Bickley is up there with the best of them so possibly our most critical signing of the year.
Who needs Crouch? he's just a grunt with no IC training at all!!
