10-12

I'd leave him out for the season anyway. Get him having a big preseason.

My man said 10-12 as well.

Evidently Goodes didnt miss a week but didn't ruck to protect it. (I remember this now)

If he has OP as some suspect - perhaps the rest will be benificial long term.

Lock him in the Gym he lacks grunt

Not altogether devastating getting this sort of injury in a year that's over already. We know Masten will be very good for us over the next 10 years so it allows us to get games into untried/fringe players who otherwise wouldn't have played. If we were competing for a flag then it would be devastating, this year not so much.

Sorry to hear about Masten, these knee injuries make you sick to see.

Hopefully he escapes a re-con and gets back soon.

Hey Shoe, yer gotta get rid of that avatar, its shocking mate.

Heard on the radio it was a PCL. I was livid that Freo received a free kick for that. Even more pissed off that the nuffy sitting infront of me was arguing with me that it was a free kick... and he was an Eagles 'supporter'

We have some absolute f***wits for fans.

Amen to that!

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU.....

Worst free kick of the day as well.
Yep what an absolutely terrible decsiosn. 50/50 contest and a free was plucked out.

Feel really sorry for this kid, looked absolutely superb today up untill his injury. We all know he has talent, lets just hope that he comes back after this injury and shows everyone what we know he can do.

The footy gods are really hating us this season. This injury could be a big knock Masten's confidence and development. :( Let's hope it's not as bad as reports say, and if it is, that he keeps his head right and just works through it.

John Worsfold confirmed after the match that Masten had again damaged a posterior cruciate ligament.

"The extent we don’t know obviously until it's scanned, but you would expect he would miss games," Worsfold said.

Hopefully Worsfold is right.

On a positive note Masten was playing the type of football he is capable of today. Hopefully he comes back better than ever.

Hope it's not too serious. He played some good footy today. His kicking wasn't great but I believe that it is still affected by his OP.

What was most impressive for me was his desire to get in the game. He was obviously hurting from his performance last week and wanted to make amends. You could see when he was sitting on the bench how devastated he was. Hope the recovery goes well.

WTF!

Palmer's kicking wasn't great,

it was shocking.

Unleash Shuey and Stevens to the midfield.

Upgrade cockie if he has been doing well in the WAFL
