"Doing well" is a gross understatement and he's been a pivotal part of their rise. Currently the top scorer in the EPL when five or so years ago he was playing in the 8th tier earning 30 pounds a week. I realise Austin came from a similarly low base but it's doing Vardy an injustice to put his achievements down to the form of the side he's playing in. A film about either, Vardy or LC, would be worth watching.

I'm not putting Vardy down, I'm saying on an individual basis, Charlie Austin and other players have had a similar rise. Vardy's has risen higher partly due to his heroics and partly due to the team as a whole.

You could make the case Mahrez has had just as meteoric a rise.

Tiote was denied a second goal for the club by another bs call from the linesman. Similar thing happened against City a few seasons ago where a player 'obstructed' the keepers view of the shot. Nothing in it - thank god we got one straight away!
