On one hand he's 33 years of age and will give us nothing around the ground. It's a very short term fix.
On the other he's as good a tap ruckman going around in the league. If Gardiner goes down and the plan is to play Kosi at CHB that would leave us with two ruckman with 10 games between them. Or Jason Blake but he shouldn't count when we are talking about ruckman.
You can understand the clubs thinking but I'm not convinced it's in our best interest.
Matthew Clarke just had an interview on 5aa over here and said he has been approached by a couple of clubs in Melbourne. He said he is indecided whether to nominate for the PSD but is training with Glenelg Football club where he is aligned to in the SANFL. He didnt really sound as if he was going to nominate in the PSD but we will all know by next Friday.
