Great series really. Enjoyed them heaps as a teenager. Max Payne was pretty revolutionary. Be nice if these could be completely re-done.

Rockstar announced remakes of 1 & 2 last year, so they're on their way.

Actually decided to start Max Payne 3 today. Tried it when it came out and I think because it was on the back of recently completing 1 & 2 I put this down after an hour or so.

But really enjoying it so far! The shooting is incredibly satisfying, and the game runs extremely smoothly.

Yeah I remember playing 1 and 2 a lot on my mates computer when they came out. Was so cool using bullet time, lots of weapons too, and the rag doll effect was a lot of fun to see.

3 was the only one I actually owned but I remember enjoying it thoroughly.

Not sure! I'm hoping somewhere that plays and looks up the Max Payne 3 alley rather than what they did with the recent GTA definitive edition trilogy.

Yeah it would be disappointing if it ended up like GTA.

I still have my PS3, kinda keen to fire up MP3 (if I still have it) and give it a whirl again.
