Geelongs Max Rooke approached the club last week with an unusual request. He wanted to spend game day inside the club's mascot suit.
The Mascot is called Half Cat, and we're assured Rooke wasn't half cut when he made the request. Just curious, we're told. Out suspended, Rooke wanted to don the big cat suit for the curtain-raiser VFL game between Geelong and Tasmania. In the end he backed out after being asked by teammate Tom Lonergan to film, with a video camera, his first game back after losing a kidney.
haha I reckon if thats true he is a classic... his long hair and pr0n moustacshe was hilarious now this.
