The so-called “Daicos Index” is.... Not real data?

Coaches’ votes are anonymous. Any discrepancy being measured is theoretical, you're just comparing the maximum one coach could’ve given versus the minimum the other might have. It’s modelling, not evidence.

And even then, has anyone considered McRae might actually judge Daicos more harshly than opposition coaches? Internal standards are usually tougher. Meanwhile, external coaches might inflate scores based on perception, media hype, or scoreboard impact.

So the idea that McRae’s inflating Daicos’ votes is just one assumption among many. If you're going to build a narrative around vote gaps, you need more than maths gymnastics. And that’s something you can’t reverse engineer.
